Midtown Garden Studio

Stay in a cottage studio nestled behind a Victorian house with views of chickens and an organic garden. Sleep on a Murphy queen bed, enjoy plenty of space for quiet lounging or go out to explore Midtown Sacramento. The space Quaint garden cottage behind my Victorian home. Huge studio furnished with most amenities and a large bathroom. Basic appliances (toaster oven, microwave, coffee pot, fridge) in the studio. Off street parking. Centrally located in beautiful midtown. Walking or biking distance to everything. If you have three people on your reservation, there is a couch for that person to use. Guest access Your own bathroom, fridge, toaster oven,music, big screen TV and a Skeeball table, too. I can offer you bikes to use during your stay if you communicate with me about it beforehand. Other things to note We do own a very friendly bull terrier that has a big bark, no bite and is a great kisser. He prefers to be in our house, but if he is in the yard, he will great you with his loud roar but is as gentle as a kitten. Being a youngster (3 yr) he occasionally wants to jump to greet the guests. He totally understands the command of down Stephen.
