The 100’ long dock offers a 10’ x 8’ sunning platform that reaches out to deeper water so you can dock your own boat or rent one from several places around the lake. This is a home with real neighbors who live here year round, so please be respectful of them. Parking is limited to three spaces so plan accordingly. The excellent location is close to Gun Lake Casino, Yankee Springs State Park with its expansive sandy beaches and inflatable water slide, Golf Courses, Gilmore Car Museum and the Bay Pointe Inn, which is just across the cove.
