This is a great and recently remodeled Upstairs apartment; it has everything you need for short or long-term stays. You will have the whole apartment for you and your family. We also have another separate apartment downstairs which is also for short term rentals. During winter, heated snow mats will be around the stairs and walkways. You will be responsible for keeping your car space clear of snow. Tools will be provided (it's a small area) The space You will have access to a newly renovated apartment! full bedroom with a big closet and a smart TV with Netflix & amazon prime. Kitchen with all new stainless steel appliances & airfrier. Full bathroom, and pantry area with washer/dryer. *Parma is one of the safest cities in the Cleveland area!* **During winter season, there are heat mats on stairs and around the stair area going to your car, but you will be responsible for the small driveway area to get in and out. I will provide shovels and even a battery snow blower. this unit gets parking for only 1 car during the winter season Guest access You will have access to the top apartment excluding the attic area which is closed for storage. All access information will be sent the night before a confirmed stay. Other things to note Cleveland Hopkins Airport is just 15 mins away. For shopping/groceries/food it is only 6 mins away from the shoppes at Parma which include a Wal Mart, Chipotle, & Chick-fil-A. For sports fans, you will be within 19 minutes from Progressive Stadium and First Energy Stadium.
