The space This charming two-story, non-smoking townhome is available for full guest use, no shared space. You’ll have a convenient contact-free check-in via a touchpad smart lock with a custom code sent before arrival. The spacious main living area boasts a vaulted ceiling with plenty of natural light, comfy seating, a coffee table, and a 55” Smart TV. Two sliding doors open to a private patio with seating, a propane grill, and a large umbrella for enjoying the beautiful Carolina weather. The second-floor primary bedroom suite features a king-size bed, a full attached bath, a 47” Smart TV, and a ceiling fan. The downstairs secondary bedroom offers a queen-size bed, access to a second full bath, and a small cozy private patio for your morning coffee or reading. All bed linens and bath towels are provided. The fully equipped kitchen includes a stove, microwave, dishwasher, and all the necessary cooking utensils and dishes. A 6-person dining table is also on the main floor. For your convenience, the townhome includes a washer/dryer combo. The community pool, just steps from the patio, is perfect for a refreshing swim or family fun (open seasonally from Memorial Day to a few weeks after Labor Day, currently closed). We provide coffee pods, sugar, tea, toilet paper, trash bags, dishwasher and laundry pods, and paper towels. Additional supplies can be purchased at the nearby Walmart Neighborhood Market, just a short walk away. We provide extra sets of bed linens and bath towels, pool towels, and self-serve shampoo/conditioner/soap dispensers are all included, along with plenty of throw blankets for your comfort. Guest access Guests will have the use of the entire townhome. Street parking has 2 assigned spaces and additional guest spaces. The first floor has a kitchen, dining room, great room, bedroom and bathroom. The upstairs has the master bedroom suite, including attached bathroom. We also have a furnished patio with seating for 6, and a propane grill. Guests may also use the community pool at no charge, a 30 second walk from the patio (open Memorial Day to Labor Day, currently closed). NO SMOKING ON OR IN THIS PROPERTY. Other things to note ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING in or on the property. Violators will have their reservation canceled without refund. Parking: 2 reserved parking spots a few steps from the front door, and ample guest parking is also close by. Fireplace: Strictly decorative and is not for use. Shared Community Pool: Open for use generally between Memorial Day and a few weeks after Labor Day each year (currently closed), pool towels are provided. Age Minimum: Responsible party for the booking must be 25 years or older, per our insurance requirements. Security Cameras: 3 on-site exterior Nest cameras for the security of our property and our guests. They are active 24/7, and record and save video and sound when triggered by motion or noise. Two are at the entrance and face the front door and parking area. The third is on the patio and covers the back entrance. There are no cameras inside. We only review this exterior footage when there is a safety issue or if house rules are broken. Your privacy and safety are what’s most important to us.
