(Smart TV in living room and also in the bedroom) Other things to note There is an HOA fee for parking of $43. This covers the entire stay duration (for 1 or 2 vehicles, there is a 2 vehicle maximum). This is an HOA fee, not our fee. Please obtain the parking pass upon arriving. The HOA office is at the front of the bldg on the right side and is open from 7am to 11pm daily. (our condo is at the front of the West wing, the office is at the front of the East wing) *see picture 2 where it shows Lobby* The condo common areas are very well maintained and there is also on- site security.
