Private office: desk and chair, strong wifi for working/learning Pros: Artistic accents, Rite Aide and supermarket are a 3 minute walk, great TV and wifi. Cons: On-street parking, with street cleaning on Mondays and Tuesdays. Bedrooms, bathroom, and office are all on the second floor. Might not be suitable for small children or those who have difficulty with stairs.
