This 4-bedroom creekfront home is stunning. If you are looking for solitude with beautiful views and breathtaking sunsets, this is the rental for you. This home offers you a spacious living area with an open floor plan hosting a chef's dream gourmet kitchen. It comes with stainless steel appliances, one of which is an induction stove, gorgeous cabinets, and a beautiful oyster chandelier over the dining room table. The living room is large enough for entertaining and has a spectacular view of the marsh. It provides an oversized TV for those cool or rainy evenings for a movie marathon. Walk out to the screen porch and see comfortable, new outdoor furniture to utilize while enjoying the outstanding view of Pawleys Creek. What a wonderful spot to watch the sunrise or sunset. There is also an open porch with a dining area for meals or to play games. Entering the sleeping area, you will pass by the laundry room with a brand-new washer and dryer. The bunk room, which is great for kids, features a double over two twins, and offers a gorgeous creekfront view with a private entrance onto the creek-side porch. The second bedroom facing the roadside has a coastal design with a queen-size bed and an adjoining bathroom shared with the bunk room. The third bedroom is furnished with a queen bed facing north with beautiful blues, whites, and coastal colors as well, with its own private ensuite. The master suite is furnished with a king-size bed and has its own private ensuite. This serene room offers a view perfect for enjoying the sunrise over the marsh. Creek House Too is located on one of the best fishing spots in Pawleys Creek. The spring and fall fishing seasons are the ideal times to come to catch flounder and spot tails. A small Jon boat can be launched from the edge of the creek at high tide, and the private creek dock with a floater is a convenient place to tie up your boat and access the fishing and crabbing holes. Good fishing can be had from the dock as well. The property provides plenty of parking for cars and boats. It comes equipped as a smart home with keyless entry, giving you easy access with secured entry and monitoring for your safety. This home does have outdoor cameras that monitor the home during vacancy. Other things to note - Guest renting property must be 25 years or older and is fully responsible for the property during stay - NO SMOKING OR VAPING ALLOWED IN THE PROPERTY OR ON ANY DECKS, BALCONIES, AND/OR PORCHES - NO HOUSE PARTIES OR EVENTS - number of guests cannot exceed the occupancy of the property. Overcrowding/over occupancy will result in termination of the reservation. - DO NOT MOVE FURNITURE - Guests shall not rearrange or move the furniture. Any damage or if it is necessary for the Property Management company to move furniture back to its original location will be at the cost of the guest. - Check-in Instructions: check-in is at 4:00pm on date of arrival and you will come to the Property Management office and pick up your check in packet if your property is keyed. If your property is keyless, your keyless code will be emailed to you 2 days prior to arrival and will be activated at 4pm on day of arrival. DO NOT go to the property as this will delay your check-in time. - Checkout Instructions: checkout is at 10:00am no exceptions. If your property is keyed, your will drop off your keys at the Property Management Office by 10:00am. If your property is keyless, please use the code provided at check in to lock the property upon your departure. Before departure, put all trash in plastics bags and place in the outside garbage containers or dumpster. Wash all dishes or load the dishwasher and start it before leaving. Strip beds of linens and put mattress pads and comforters back on. Place rented linens on front porch in a bundle or in the blue bags provided. Check carefully for clothing and personal items before you depart. There is a handling fee plus the cost of shipping to return your items. Securely lock the property upon departure.
