An open loft space with a convertible futon, 3 seater sofa, smart TV and hallway bathroom with tub and shower. The first floor features a bedroom with a twin over full bunk bed, 4 in 1 convertible sleeper recliner lounger and ottoman, laptop work desk with chair, large living room with queen-sized sofa bed/3 seater sofa, 3 seater sofa, 2 seater loveseat and 1 seater recliner sofa, pack n play crib with available mattress, two dining tables with seating for 10 plus an island countertop with five chairs and an infant's high chair, full function kitchen and half bathroom . All sleeping and living areas are equipped with smart TVs and storage furniture with linens, fleece & throw blankets and towels. This home is located in a great neighborhood near to everything including, the Atlanta Motor Speedway, Stockbridge Amphitheater and only 30 minutes from Downtown Atlanta. No extra guests are allowed without notifying us, amending the current reservation and making payment, if assessed. This community Recycles Garbage: 1. The recycle bin goes every other Tuesday. 2. The thrash bin goes out every Tuesday 3. Bins should be spaced apart curbside with lids opening towards the street. 4. After pickup, both bins should be returned by Wednesday evening. 5. Recyclable garage bin should be loaded without the plastic bags. 6. The emptied plastic bags should be put in with regular thrash.
