This condo has an Amazing Location and Amenities. You are a short walk to the public beach access and only a few steps from a heated pool. The complex also includes tennis & pickle ball courts, grilling area, walking paths, and spa. You are close to several restaurants, shopping centers, and only a short walk to the JW Marriot. The condo itself is a 2-bedroom 2-bath with a large balcony looking toward Resident's Beach. The unit features a full kitchen, large balcony, and a washer & dryer in the unit. The condo sleeps up to 6 people comfortably, it has a king bed in both bedrooms and a queen size pull-out sofa. For entertainment it has 3 TVs, 1 in each bedroom along with 1 in the living room. It has Wi-Fi in the unit, beach kart, beach chairs, and towels. The application for complex will need to be completed for approval once you reserve. They charge per guest and we have only collected for 1 guest or married couple when reserved, any additional guests would be subject to additional fee to be collected
