Beautiful 3/2 house that sleep up to 7 peoples maximum. The guests is renting 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, living and full kitchen. The back room is owner storage room not available for the guests. The property has security cameras 1 at the front entrance facing the parking lot , 2nd. One on the side of the property facing the empty lot protecting the guests boat and guests cars.The empty lot that belongs to me and the 3rd. At the back entrance facing the backyard and the trailer. The space You be renting a 3/2 house with a kitchen, living room.The back room is the owner storage room not available for guests. Guest access Just 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and kitchen and living room. The back room not available for guests. $100 fee for boat per stay outlet & water available outside the property. The property have security cameras outside the house Front Entrance, side of the house & at the backyard. No Camaras inside the house. Other things to note 1. No pets allowed. No drugs or smoking inside the house. No parties. 2. No trailer or boat park in the driveway. 3. No parking in the grass at the front of the house. 4. Boat fee of $100.00 per boat per stay park at the empty lot next to the property that belongs to me.
