This stylish two-level end-unit condo provides a sense of privacy and is the perfect getaway, offering direct access to the water and stunning views. First Floor: * Living Room: Relax on the comfortable sofa bed, stream your favorite shows on the Smart TV, or set the mood with the Harman Kardon Bluetooth speaker. * Kitchenette: Equipped with essential amenities for preparing simple meals and snacks. Please note, the bathroom's sink is conveniently located in the kitchenette area. Ground Floor: * Sleeping Area: Features a cozy Queen-size bed. * Patio Access: A patio door opens directly to the outdoors, putting you just steps from the lake and your dock access.This end unit Siena, is divided over two levels with dedicated parking in the front of the property. Laundry Area •Located at the end of the building enter the last door nearest the kayaks Outdoor Spaces • Grill Located on exterior of the entrance of the unit next to the parking area • Lake Access from the ground level to the dock •Kayaks located on the other end of the complex at the bottom of the stairs and are available on a first come first serve basis. Siena is located directly on Mt. Major Highway, a bustling road, but we've supplied white noise machines to aid in minimizing any noise disturbance during sleep. Guest access Guests will have private access to the entire Siena condo unit. Please make yourself at home! Included with your stay: * Private Access: The entire two-level condo is yours to enjoy. * Parking: Complimentary dedicated parking is available right in front of the property. * Shared Amenities: Guests have access to complimentary kayaks and bicycles (available on a first-come, first-served basis) and a shared laundry area at the end of the building. Please be mindful that walkways and the dock area are shared with guests in neighboring units. Other things to note * Neighborly Conduct: To ensure a comfortable stay for everyone, please remember that you are staying in a condo with other residents next door. We kindly ask that you be respectful of your neighbors. * Road Noise: Siena is located directly on Mt. Major Highway, which is a bustling road. To ensure a restful night's sleep, we have supplied white noise machines in the unit to help minimize any potential noise. Pet Policy: Please let us know if your furry friend will be joining you during your stay. We ask that you keep your pet leashed while outside at all times and that you pick up after your pet. Please note the following house rule violations will result in fines: • Smoking $1500 • Parties or events $1500 • Unapproved late check out $250 • The property has a maximum occupancy limit, and exceeding this number may result in penalties. Please ensure that your party stays within the allowed guest limit to avoid any additional charges. • Damages - subject to the cost of the item for repair or replacement
