The space Newly remodeled home with inviting landscape in quiet cul-de-sac and upscale neighborhood on the edge of town. Private keyless entrance makes for the ultimate private retreat. This Studio bedroom is a total of 507 sq ft, with king size bed, comfy couch, air mattress and two floor mats providing sleeping for 1-2 adult guests and 2 children max. Private En Suite includes large soaking tub and shower with all new faucets and light fixture. Walk-in closet space available with plenty of storage. Small kitchenette with toaster, coffee machine, mini fridge, and microwave offer guests convenience before heading out. Our sparkling pool in the back or cozy front patio with firepit are perfect for relaxing, both areas with outdoor seating. Our location is surrounded by orchards, nestled against the beautiful Sierra Foothills for hiking, with easy access to the National Parks, or simply exploring Three Rivers and its' many fun restaurants, yummy food and local breweries.
