The main floor Primary bedroom has a extremely comfortable king size bed with the most beautiful huge ensuite bathroom. Upstairs you will find a laundry room, open loft perfect for watching the boats go buy or enjoying a book and a cocktail. The loft L-Couch couch is also a pull out, for more sleeping options. The 2nd floor space is also where you will find a full bathroom and 2 guest bedrooms. the first bedroom has a queen size bed and the second has a twin bunk bed for the kids. We also have two twin and 1 queen blow up mattress if more sleeping accommodations is what you need. Large currently "unfinished" walkout basement. There is a foosball table, ping pong table and a full gym for your use in the basement. You will find a driveway with a ton of room for 4+ cars. We have a natural waterfall on the property that makes for an excellent soothing sound while sitting on the massive covered deck. We have a large open space with a brand new dock by the waters edge for many recreation activities, swimming boating, fishing, bonfires, and much more. You have access to free fire wood, canoe, 2x kayaks, a paddle boat and some lawn games. If you are into snowmobiling or ATVing, you can find the KATVA trails 1km away. You have all the restaurants, shopping, groceries within walking distance or short drive. In town there is a splashpad, parks, beaches, the lift locks and more.
