Lots of warm interior pine and comfortable furnishings with an absolutely stunning cast iron propane remote controlled fireplace. Relax outside with a custom blue stone fireplace. You can't beat the location. Nearby you have boating, town beach, swimming, sailing, hiking, skiing, sightseeing and shopping. Other things to note Grill: We ask our guests to clean the grill after use or before check out as a courtesy to the next guests otherwise, additional $35 fee will be charged for cleaning the grill. Thank you! Pet Policy: We're delighted to welcome your pets; simply inform us in advance for approval, and a $175 fee will be applied upon approval. Please note that unauthorized pets will result in a $500 fee added to your bill to maintain a pet-friendly environment. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding. Winter time: Given the harsh and unpredictable New England weather, we do not guarantee that deck will be cleared off during the winter time. We're hoping for your understanding! Ice: Please note that we do not have an ice maker available on the premises, we kindly request that guests bring their own ice if needed. 20 minute maximum for loading or unloading passengers. NO DOCK SPACE or MOORINGS AVAILABLE to RENTERS, SORRY. If you decide to bring you own boat and trailer, there's Public ramp in Meredith Town to trailer the boat in an out of the lake for a fee (aprx $20).
