Enter ground floor into a two-bedroom, one-bath with living room and kitchenette. Bedroom 1 with a king bed and bedroom 2 with a queen. (NOTE: The queen bedroom on this level has a translucent film covering on the doors so it is not completely private from the main living area especially at night with the lights on). There’s a kitchenette with fridge and microwave, a comfy sleeper sofa and large, flatscreen TV. A flight of stairs leads up into the main living area on the second floor. The kitchen has beautiful wood cabinetry, granite counters and stainless appliances and is well stocked with cookware. The dining area is designed for easy flow with seating for 8 and there's a breakfast bar for additional seating. A large sectional sofa in the livingroom provides plenty of seating for movie watching on the large, flatscreen TV and a lovely screened patio is accessible through the sliding glass doors from the living area. The master suite on this level has a king bed with a roomy ensuite bath featuring a spa tub and a separate glassed shower as well as a large vanity area. A guest bedroom on this level has a queen bed and guest bath with custom tile work in the step-in shower. NOTE 3-7 day minimum stay requirement varies by the time of year.
