New 55 inch Smart TV with Roku and Highest speed WIFI internet through home. Stocked kitchen: Coffee machine, water boiler toaster, microwave, stove/oven, refrigerator, dishes, glassware, mugs, utensils, knives, cutting boards, paper towel, coffee/tea, can opener, scissor & more. Also provided: iron, garment steamer, hair blow dryer, vacuum cleaner, towels, linens, shampoo/conditioner, laundry detergent and dryer sheets, Q tips, tissue, toilet paper, paper towels, cleaning supplies, Clorox wipes, trash bags, etc. House has been recently lovingly renovated - newly refinished hardwood floors, newly repainted interior, new appliances, new washer and dryer, new designer lights and ceiling fans. Guest access The house has smart remote entry, so you can enjoy contact less check-in and check-out. You'll have the entire house to yourselves - with the occasional deer passing through. We are committed to providing great stays for our guests. We are not intrusive and are always respectful of guests' privacy. Plenty of parking on long driveway and under carport. Other things to note At this time, we are primarily interested in guests booking 30+ days - our nightly rate is significantly lower than others to reflect this. This is perfect for those new to the area waiting to find more permanent housing, traveling workers (e.g. nurses, professors), remote workers, and even locals needing a place to call home while their home undergoes a remodel.
