Our beautiful remodeled home has an open ocean feel. The master bedroom and bath have a glass sliding door to a deck with ocean views and large TV. The living room's large open windows and fireplace make for a perfect evening along with a 55in TV screen. Enjoy breakfast at the bar while watching the ocean waves or a family dinner at the table. The second bedroom has a queen bed with full-length mirrors Two full bathrooms and a washer and dryer so no need to bring too many clothes. Our home is on the second level so the ocean views are amazing. Just steps to miles of pristine beach. Enjoy watching beautiful sunsets, dolphins, sea otters, lots of birds, and if you are lucky you may see a whale. Located on the Shorebird side of Pajaro Dunes. Resort. You have access to all the amenities, such as tennis courts, pickle-ball, and basketball courts. Beautiful lagoon to enjoy walking or riding a bike around. Our property features tennis courts, basketball and volleyball courts, and biking & walking paths. We have a small convenience store for last-minute things you may have forgotten. The nature center is also very interesting to check out as well. We are between Monterey and Santa Cruz both being about 30 minutes from our home.
