Walk thru the private gate at the side of the main residence & into a small enclosed patio to access the private red door to the studio unit. Enjoy tranquil garden views from inside the Studio. Walk to nearby the world-famous El Paseo, with elegant dining, night life, & shopping, all just a few blocks away. Parking for 1 car on-site in driveway (no trucks & no street parking). The space Welcome to Villa Verde! As you open the gate to the enclosed courtyard/patio, you will enter through a door with a touch key pad, that leads into the studio. Inside, you will be greeted with views of the beautiful backyard garden area through the large glass windows framed by plantation shutters. The romantic, rattan 4 post queen bed dominates the room, and there is a counter with a sink, with a petite fridge next to it, to make you feel at home. A microwave oven, toaster and coffee-maker are there for your convenience. There is a table with two chairs for your dining needs. The TV, with many shows available with the remote, is mounted on the wall. There is a walk-in closet which leads to the full bathroom, which includes a tub with a shower overhead. A green granite countertop surrounds the sink. Enjoy sitting outside in the enclosed courtyard with your favorite beverage with the chirping birds. Guest access You can walk or drive to El Paseo. Or bike it! There are bike rentals companies close by. Other things to note Please note, service people will occasionally go thru the courtyard/patio, which is otherwise for your private use.
