Our property is a beautiful log cabin in the heart of Ohio's Amish Country (Fredericksburg area.) **We are looking for quiet families who will respect our property and more importantly be good neighbors while they are staying. We are very firm on our policy of no smoking, no parties, no pets and no alcohol. People who don't comply with these rules will be asked to leave.*** NO SUNDAY CHECK IN This cabin has been a very successful VRBO location for the past two years. We don't have reviews due to the fact that this property has transferred ownership recently. Prior to this, the cabin has enjoyed a five star review rating under Timothy's Farmstead. Our cabin is a quiet location surrounded by Amish farms and amazing views of the countryside. There are no shared properties or cabins like many other VRBO rentals. Our cabin sits on 2 acres and is surrounded by hundreds of acres of farm lands and woods. It is a nice quiet getaway that truly is one of a kind. We have a wood stove, wifi (although it's not the fastest), a huge wrap around deck with plenty of seats to enjoy the outdoors, and a spotless interior that is sanitized prior to each guests arrival. The interior of the cabin is a gorgeous layout that is comparable to some of the lodge style mountain cabins with a large open great room, cathedral ceilings, and a beautiful private sunroom where you can enjoy the birds, wildlife (deer & wild turkeys) and the many other animals that will often walk by. We have a rescued outdoor kitty named Ricky who loves being fed by the guests. The cabin has two bedrooms downstairs and a large open great room that has two queen beds and a half bathroom The interior of the cabin is warm, cozy and has farmhouse themed decor. All of the beds are from Amish Country bedding and we constantly get compliments on how comfortable they are. Our cabin sits far off the roadway and is on a quiet backroad with minimal traffic and more buggies going by than vehicles.
