This place is perfect for lengthy stays! The space About the Space: • 🛏 Three bedrooms with queen beds fixed with clean bedding, located on the second and third floors. Bedrooms have closet/drawer space for clothes and personal belongings • 📚 Two living rooms with comfortable couches and armchairs, one with a TV on the main floor and a second one on the second floor, ideal for reading, relaxing, or unwinding with a movie • 🌐 Wi-Fi included—stay connected or stream seamlessly during your stay • 🍽️ Fully equipped kitchen with cookware, utensils, blender, toaster, coffee maker, and basic condiments like oil and spices • 🛁 1.5 bathrooms: - Half bath on the first floor - Full bath on the second floor with shower and tub for a calming soak • 🧺 Washer and dryer available in the home for your convenience • 🪴Back patio (fenced in) complete with outdoor dining, a charcoal grill, a fire pit, and a large shade tree makes it the perfect space for fair weather relaxation. Guest access Entire house and backyard is for you during your stay here, with the exception of two closets I use for storage. There is plenty of empty closet space reserved for your use. Other things to note - We cannot host events or parties. - no smoking or vaping allowed on the premises - we do allow pets, but they must be house trained, and must be kept off the furniture. - there are two staircases leading from the first to the second floors. One is steeper than normal, but both as well as the staircase leading from 2nd to 3rd floor are fixed with stair treads and handrails. - Check in details will be given on arrival day.
