Any frozen coils due to setting AC down or heating element damage due to high temperature setting will be the responsibility of the guest if Nest is tampered with. While this unit is perfect for those seeking a snug and classic layout, please note that these dimensions may not be suitable for wheelchair or walker accessibility since our doorways and hallway are narrow.
