The rhythm of the waves and the salty coastal breeze set the pace for relaxed days, whether you are starting slow or heading straight for the shore. Evenings bring cooler air, quiet conversations, and time to unwind across multiple indoor and outdoor spaces designed for togetherness. This entire home is set directly on the waterfront in Port Aransas, offering shared beachfront access and expansive scenic views from multiple levels. With two wraparound decks, a fully fenced backyard, and private patios and balconies, you always have space to enjoy the coastal surroundings at your own pace. A shared outdoor pool and shared hot tub are available year-round during set hours, offering a refreshing break after a day by the water. Sleeping arrangements The home includes four bedrooms spread across 2,640 square feet, each thoughtfully arranged for comfort and privacy. Sleeping options include three king beds, two queen beds, two twin beds, and a sofa bed located in the third-floor living area. Bed linens, extra pillows, blankets, and clothing storage are provided throughout, making it easy to settle in for both short and extended stays. Bathrooms There are four full bathrooms and one half bath, each stocked with bathroom essentials and designed for convenience after time outdoors. An outdoor shower is also available, ideal after beach days or pool time. Kitchen and dining The kitchen is a dedicated space where guests can cook their own meals, equipped to support everything from quick breakfasts to shared dinners. A dining table anchors the space, while a mini fridge adds flexibility for snacks and drinks. Coffee is available, and the layout makes it easy to gather without crowding. Living spaces and work area Two separate living areas provide room to spread out, relax, read, or enjoy entertainment on HDTVs with streaming access. Board games and books are available, and a dedicated workspace in a common area supports remote work when needed. Wi-Fi and an Ethernet connection help keep everything running smoothly. Outdoor living Outdoor spaces include private patios and balconies, outdoor furniture, a hammock, an outdoor dining area, and a charcoal BBQ grill. The fully fenced backyard adds peace of mind for families and pets, while beach essentials make trips to the shore simple. Additional details The home offers free parking on the premises and free street parking, self check-in with a keypad, in-unit washer and dryer, and cleaning available during your stay. It is pet-friendly, family-friendly, and suitable for long-term stays of 28 days or more. Guest access Guest Access: ✹ GENERAL: Guests can enjoy private access to the entire home with the exception of a few owners’ closets and one stall in the garage. ✹ COMPLIMENTARY ESSENTIALS ✹ PARKING: Free onsite and street parking is available. The shared neighborhood parking is just across the street at the pool. ✹ WORK FROM HOME: There is free, high-speed Wi-Fi available throughout the home, plus multiple laptop-friendly areas to get some work done. ✹ FAMILY: Traveling with little ones? We’ve got you covered with a few supplies, including a Pack ’n Play/travel crib (available upon request), a high chair(available upon request), children’s dinnerware, outlet covers and babysitter recommendations. ✹ PET-FRIENDLY: Pets are welcome with host approval.
