($100 pet fee will apply) Newly remodeled unit with a fireplace, washer/dryer, TV, Wi fi, cable, kitchen with full size appliances, coffee maker, and full bathroom. Each bedroom has queen size bed with black out shades. Living room has a pull out sofa for additional sleeping arrangement. This guest suite is attached to a main house that’s rented out separately but has its own entrance, driveway will be shared though. It has a small propane grill and a few chairs to lounge on. Very conveniently located in the Hearthwood neighborhood, with easy access to freeway, close to big stores and public transportation. A short drive to Portland OR, and about 10min drive to PDX Airport. 2hrs to the Pacific coast, about an hour to the Columbia Gorge, and other site seeings.
