The home has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and is 1120 sqft. This is a 4 story townhome (including the rooftop) with no steps at the entrance, and is part of a gated townhome complex. **Floor Plan** • First Floor: Living room, kitchen, dining. Air conditioned. • Second Floor: Bedroom with queen bed, hallway bath with bath tub & shower combo. Heat only. • Third Floor: Primary bedroom with queen bed and ensuite bathroom with shower. Guest access will be granted via a smart lock. Other things to note **About the Reservation** • We uphold our cancellation policy as we only have each night available to one group of guests. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your booking. One date change if your check-in date is more than 2 weeks away. No date changes otherwise. **Additional Info About the Home** • This is a townhome and is not handicap friendly. Guests have to be very comfortable with stairs as there are multiple stories. See above for the floor-by-floor layout. • Parking: the home does not have dedicated parking. We provide a city-issued guest parking permit for free street parking. Do note that Capitol Hill is a densely populated area so street parking is first-come-first-served and can be hard to find depending on the time of day. Paid public parking is available nearby. • Ring Camera by the front door **About Fees & Pricing** • We utilize dynamic pricing. This means that booking rates may increase or decrease every day. We do not honor yesterday’s pricing. **House Rules** • This is not a pet friendly home. $500 fine for unauthorized pets. • Strictly NO parties and events, quiet hours between 10pm-8am, no smoking or vaping of any kind anywhere on the property including outdoor areas, no digital piracy, no shoes in the home. $500 fine per violation.
