Four bedrooms, 3.5 baths with 2 game rooms, there is plenty of room to hang together or spread out and get a little space. Dual main suites make this home great for groups and with sound proofing in each room, everyone gets a little privacy. End the day with our 6 head spa shower. Game room with wet bar more games set up in the heated garage. Breakfast is provided. The space The property is just over .66 of an acre with wine and table grapes, raspberries, an organic garden available for guests. River access is just short drive to hydro park. The home itself is roughly 4,800 sq.ft. There are four bedrooms and three and one half bathrooms with a large great room and recreational room both with pull out sofas with queen beds. The two main suites with en-suite baths both have king size beds, separate entrances and walk in closets. The bathrooms both have ADA accessible toilets and showers with multiple heads. The larger of the two suites has a sitting area and larger bathroom with a soaking tub with a water wall feature behind it. The shower in the bath has fiber optic star ceiling, which is my personal favorite feature and the shower itself is equipped with 5 heads and a wand. This bathroom also has a coffee bar with Kurig. And a bidet toilet and towel warmer to keep. Your towels toasty after your shower or bath. The other two bedrooms are located in the front of the home. One serves as an office as well, housing a desk and printer, should you need to get a little bit of work done during your stay. This room has a Queen size Murphy bed. The other bedroom is the bunk room and has a twin bed on top with a double below. This bedroom also has a twin trundle beneath the bunk. The kitchen houses all the amenities you might need to cook or host any meal or event. The stove is gas with two convection ovens, a convection microwave, two dishwashers, an extra large refrigerator and an additional ice maker. Dishes, silverware, plates, serving dishes, ect are all available and stocked in the butlers pantry. The great room, dinning room kitchen are all one large space which makes being together much easier! The kitchen island has seating for 5. The dining table has seating for 10 and there are three large sofas and a 70” big screen to accommodate everyone else! The large laundry room has oversized machines just in case you need to do a quick load while your hear and there is even a giant dog wash in case your furry friends need a bath. There is also a folding picnic blanket and day bag hanging on the hook for all your adventures while you’re visiting. The game room is loaded up with another big screen TV, a pool table and a pub table style arcade game with all the 80’s classics. In the closet you will also find a pretty good selection of board games, card games, books and a few kids toys. In the garage you will find additional games a ping pong table, fuse ball, air hockey,skeeball and the recently added head to head Daytona racing games as well as a dog kennel should you need to leave your pet safely while away. The back patio houses a gas BBQ grill, a wood fired pizza oven and outdoor kitchen set up with a table that seats 8. There is also a wood fire pit. Outdoor hot tub, seats 7, water feature, horseshoe pit, grass area and outdoor games in the shed. We didn’t forget about the little ones, we do have a park n play in the main walk in closet if you need it and a high chair in the butlers pantry. If you are traveling with someone who has Celiac Disease, we have a dedicated pots, pans and serving ware cupboard, if you need it, please request the key in advance. Guest access The entire house and grounds are accessible to the guests. Other things to note This is no ordinary rental. We are all about your experience. This home is very well stocked with everything you might need to entertain large groups. There is local wine left for you in the wine fridge. Sodas and juices left in the beverage fridge in the game room. Snacks provided and a breakfast tray so that you may make pancakes or waffles. We have frozen pizza in the freezer for you to try out the pizza oven.
