My apartment is located in a tourist area, less than a 5-minute drive from both the sea of Isca Marina (with immense free beaches and equipped beaches) and the sea of Sant'Andrea, 15 minutes from the more touristy Soverato blue flag, the apartment is ideal for 3 people but also fits 5. Water, electricity, gas, and air conditioning costs are included in the price (free parking). It is also equipped with an autoclave, because the municipality suspends the water supply for a few hours. The space 15 minutes from Soverato (blue flag 2024), although small, the 45-square-meter apartment is equipped with every comfort. For me, it is ideal for 2/3 people (even with children). Equipped with a washing machine, water, electricity, gas, and air conditioning included in the price. No linen service.
