Cozy-Modern Family Home Close to Downtown/I-80

Enjoy your stay in our cozy and thoughtfully decorated family home in the heart of Omaha! This 4-bedroom, 2.5-bath (1,800 square feet) is just minutes to downtown, Midtown, Aksarben, CWS, Berkshire Hathaway, and more. You’ll be close to everything but able to enjoy calm in the quiet neighborhood. We know what it’s like to travel as a family, so we have done our best to think of everything you’ll need—and what can simply make your life a little easier. The space As you walk in, you'll find a spacious open-concept dining/kitchen/living room with space to be together. There's also a 1/2 bathroom on the main floor with a coat closet and entryway leading to the garage (not for guests use). Upstairs there are 4 bedrooms—1) large primary with a new Nectar king mattress and en-suite bath, desk, and stationary desk bike, 2) bunk bed with full-size mattress on bottom, twin on top, 3) queen air mattress bed + crib, 4) full-size bed + twin mattress on the floor—as well as a full bath (deep tub and shower) with double sinks. All beds have waterproof mattress protectors, and all bedrooms have blackout curtains and blinds. For those with little ones, we have a Pack 'n Play and toys available upon request. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you could need, as well as new stainless steel appliances and a 4-stage water filter. This is our primary home, so we have poured our hearts into the space and love to share it with others who need a "home away from home" while we are away. Guest access All areas are accessible except for the bedroom closets and basement. The garage is also not for guest use.
