If the propane is finished, there is a gas station nearby where guests can refil the tank. • Grill will be locked, and can only be unlocked once the payment is complete • A penalty fee of $250 will apply for any damages caused by the bad usage of the grill ★ PARKING ★ The entrance to the complex is gated. There is a maximum of 4 cars parked on the property. Street parking and parking on the garden/grass area are not permitted in the community. Blockage of the sidewalk is also not allowed. Boats, trailers and RVs are not allowed. A penalty fee will be applied for breaking the rules. ★ BEACH AND CLUBHOUSE ACCESS ★ Beach access is located across the street from the resort. A walk of 5-10 minutes is necessary. At the beach access, you will have access to restrooms. Clubhouse access is included in your stay. The gym is private, and guests DO NOT have access to it. ★ STARTER KIT ★ We offer a starter kit as a courtesy: • 2 Toilet paper per bathroom • 1 Small shampoo per bathroom • 1 Small soap bar per bathroom • 2 Trash bags • 1 Dish soap • 1 Sponge • 2 Dishwasher pod • 1 Paper towel • Coffee powder • Coffee filter • Salt • Pepper • 1 Laundry detergent * The quantity above is provided only for your first day of stay. All trash need to be properly bagged and placed inside the bench/bin located on the front porch. NOTE: A penalty fee will be applied for breakage of these rules. ★ CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT ★ • Check-in time is 4:00 pm • Check-out time is 10:00 am Early check-in and late check-out are not allowed, unless agreed and confirmed with the Stay Orlando team prior in advance.
