Come to Balneário Camboriú and stay in this beautiful space with your family and friends and family. The space has three bedrooms, one en-suite, each bedroom has an air conditioning, a TV with access to the open channels and high quality mattresses. The space LOCATION This space is located in the Porto da Barra Building, which is located on the street, three thousand four hundred and fifty, number one hundred and seventy. It is about five minutes walking to the sand of the beach and practically next to the San Miguel Walk, it is really just across the street. This is a very noble region of the city, where you will find great restaurants and entertainment options. The apartment is on the 17th floor. ACCOMMODATIONS The apartment has three bedrooms. In total we have a suite with a queen bed, a demi-suite with a queen bed and a demi-suite with two single mattresses together on the same base forming a queen bed. All dormitories have air conditioning, television with open channels and the mattresses are of great quality. Kitchen is equipped with utensils for basic meals, we have coffee maker, blender, sandwich maker, iron and hair dryer. Large room with two environments, dining table, enclosed balcony with barbecue and a beautiful view of our city. We offer basic bed linen (elastic sheet, on sheets and pillows with pillowcase) for all beds and one bath towel per guest. AIR CONDITIONING In total, there are four air-conditioners, one in each bedroom and one in the living room. CONNECTIVITY The apartment's own good speed wi-fi Internet and suitable for home office work, living room with Smart TV and in the rooms the televisions have access to streaming services. GARAGE Two private garage spaces each with one truck. If necessary, I and my team will be able to help you rent an extra spot in nearby parking lots. BBQ How about a little BBQ? The apartment has a private barbecue in the living area with beautiful views of the city. EXTRA The apartment has a safety net in all the windows and balcony. Other things to note ____________________ Filha Cadastral: In order to clear the entrance to the condominium, all guests and guests must be registered with the full name and document data prior to the entry into the building. ____________________ Entry and Exit Time: The check-in and check-out time are flexible and the entrance is from 3pm and the departure until 10am. If there is no family leaving on the same day of their arrival, we have amicably released the entrance as of 10am. Otherwise, the entrance must be made from 3 pm. As for the exit, if there is no family arriving on the same day, I cordially offer to extend the stay until 2pm, otherwise the check-out must be done by 10am. For an extra fee you can purchase a late check-out and you can stay until 9pm in the apartment. ____________________ Pets: This condominium only allows small pets! Your pets are welcome! There is a one-time fee of R$50.00 to bring your companion. We ask that whenever possible when leaving take your little animal with you and leave it as short as possible alone in the apartment. While walking through the common areas of the building, such as elevators and entrance hall, we ask that they carry their pets in their lap. During your stay, constant cleaning of your pet's needs is mandatory. It is mandatory that at checkout there is no pet needs in the apartment. ____________________ Night Arrival: Entries after 6pm are not made preferably in person and the two-stop method is used. In this method the keys are accessed through a safe in a location and after that you will go to the apartment. On Sundays the hours of in-person entrances go until 5 pm and after that, the entries are made in the two-stop method.
