Saratoga Lake Life - Right on the LAKE with private Dock

This home is situated directly (no road to cross) on the east side of Saratoga Lake with peaceful morning and stunning sunset views from almost every room. It’s hard to leave this spot, but if you do, it’s less than 5 miles to Saratoga Racetrack and a very short distance to all of Saratoga’s many attractions and activities. The first floor has a cozy yet modern feel with knotty pine ceilings and a grand view of the lake from the open floor plan that includes a sitting, work and dining area, family room and small but efficient and fully-stocked kitchen that includes a counter with stools looking out over the lake. A sliding glass door opens onto a deck (one of three) overlooking the lake. There is also a bedroom with a queen-size bed and a full bath on the first floor. Upstairs is the master suite, a large bedroom with a king-size bed and a small deck, both with lake views, and a full bath. The basement is partially finished for a small bedroom with a queen-size bed, half bath and egress window. The washer/dryer is located in the unfinished part of basement. Outdoors is the third deck which sits right on the edge of the cliff with a fire pit and an expansive view of the lake and distant mountains. There is a patio with table for outdoor dining, a grill, lawn space and an enclosed outdoor shower. Please note that there are 50 steps bringing you down to the private dock. Here you can sunbathe, swim, fish or float. A stand up paddle board and kayak are available for use and you may bring other water toys and dock your boat. Local marinas have powerboats, kayaks and SUPs for rent. When you walk through the front door and see the view, you will say “AAAAH”.
