The "Red" House

The house is accessed through a large terrace; the interior consists of a living room, kitchen and bathroom. Upstairs, there are two spacious bedrooms, a bathroom, and a storage room. Outside there is a large parking lot that is accessed via a private road. The reference town, Ponti, offers useful services and shops and is only a 5-minute walk away. The space The surrounding environment, consisting of rolling hills, allows you to take routes both on foot and by bike. Enjoy a relaxing view along the banks of the river, which is rich in birdlife. Other things to note - I sanitize all high-contact surfaces, including door handles. - I use cleaners and disinfectants approved by official agencies and wear protective gear to help prevent cross-contamination. - I clean every room according to long cleaning checklists. -I provide guests with a cleaning kit to allow them to clean during their stay. - I operate in compliance with local laws and all additional safety and cleaning guidelines.
