House in the fishing village (I Scalitt)

For a relaxing holiday on the shores of the wonderful Lake Como, I Scalitt is the perfect solution for families and groups of friends! CIN: IT013044C2URYHEJMW This 19th century house, located in the heart of the village of Carate Urio, in the fishing village "I scalitt", is divided into 3 levels, and is finely restored to enhance the architecture of the lake houses of the past, with care to the little details. The space On the ground floor there is the living room, heated with a modern pellet stove, with the dining area, with a table for 4, and the children's area, with a table, games and a blackboard with chalk. The kitchen is separate, complete and equipped with everything you need to prepare lunches and dinners like at home. Among the appliances, there is a kettle, an American coffee machine and an espresso coffee machine, baby food cooker and microwave sterilizer. On the first floor, there is the quadruple bedroom, exposed beams and a warm parquet, which can accommodate up to 4 people with a double bed and a bunk bed. Next to the room, the large and modern bathroom with shower. On the second floor, there is a second large attic bedroom, with a double bed and a single bed. In addition a cot for the babies, also present in the quadruple room. This room also has a private bathroom with shower. For both bedrooms, the wardrobe is designed as in a hotel, convenient for storing luggage and equipped with a kettle and fridge, to have a corner of privacy in your room even when you are in a group. The apartment is equipped with free wifi and air conditioning for the summer season. There are free parking spaces 200 meters from the house. A towel set is included for each person, together with bed sheets and blankets; we also give you a courtesy kit. We also leave a basket with the necessary for a breakfast.
