Character house 7 minutes from the sea (Le Treport)

Come and discover our 18th century house in the royal town of Eu, a few minutes from the beaches, hiking trails, 50 meters from shops (7/7 convenience store, butcher, fishmonger, bakery, café…). In the immediate vicinity of the Bay of Somme, natural spaces, between Land and Sea, discover the Alabaster Coast and the richness of the Picard terroir. The house is completely renovated and carefully equipped. You will be charmed by its authenticity, the surrounding calm and its interior patio. The space You will have access to: - a large fully equipped living room (65-inch TV, Blu-ray player, Wi-Fi, Netflix, corner sofa, a desk area where you will find books and guides of the area) - a very bright living room with its atypical canopy and modern decoration, equipped with an extendable table if needed - a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, range hood, fridge freezer, microwave, Nespresso, filter coffee machine, toaster, raclette machine, complete dishes and kitchenware. - a toilet on the ground floor - on the first floor: two bedrooms with queen size beds equipped with nightstands, wardrobe and armchair, a bathroom with a large shower and double sink, a toilet, a games room where young and old can relax with games and books available - on the second floor, under the slopes: a first walk-through bedroom with 2 single beds, a second large bedroom also with two single beds that can be pushed together to make a King Size as well as a crib for children. For children, we have provided a baby kit, to be specified at the time of booking (high chair, lounge chair, bath chair, plastic dishes, stroller cane, pot, baby bed). Access to the first floor staircase and the second floor descent are protected by gates. The price includes cleaning and linens (sheets, duvets, pillowcases, duvet covers, dish towels, bath towels) provided. Beds are not made on arrival, but this service can be requested as an option. Our house is non-smoking and for hygiene reasons, no pets are allowed. Note: as this is an old house, the stairs are period and must be used with care (narrow and uneven steps). At this time there is no washing machine available but there is a laundromat nearby in the city (walking distance). Guest access You have access to the whole house except the cellar and a storage room under the stairs for technical equipment (locked with a padlock)
