The Amazing apartment is situated in the wind free area of Ahladies overlooking the Aegean Sea.It is an independent apartment of an open plan sitting/dinning room along with a sofa bed with spacious fully equiped kitchen and a fire place it consists of one bedroom with double bed and a big bathroom The sea view from the veranda is perfect for breakfast.The breathtaking view from the pool area is perfect for relaxing as the sun sets.The guests may use the swimming pool,gym billiards and ping-pong The space The amazing apartment "Fire" in Villa Stratos (350m from the Ahladies beach) is situated at the beautiful hill of Ahladies in the middle of Skiathos, one of the most natural parts of the island, overlooking the crystal blue waters of the Aegean sea. It is ideally located so you can enjoy all Skiathos has to offer, all 60 magical beaches of the island are easily reached, you will be amazed with its quitness and view for your perfect relax. And further if you wish you can venture out into the nightlife minutes away. Around the Villa there are different type of restaurants with beautiful views and tasty food, as well as a taverna beachfront on Famous Ahladies beach. Mini markets (grocery stores) are easily reached.   The Villa apartment is only 3km (6') from the famous and cosmopolitan Skiathos town. The design of the amazing apartment “Fire” in Villa Stratos is inspired by Italian country houses and by Skiathos traditional designs and colours. The newly built Villa (640m2) is a 3 level property. The apartment we rent is situated on the second level (60m2). Exiting the apartment there is a table, chairs, a veranda with lush planted gardens and a swing for more than 1 person so you can sit down and admire the mediterranean atmosphere and amazing views. We guarantee the guests from this sunny, spacious and comfortable apartment a high standard of relaxing vacation in absolute joy. Guest access The swimming pool is on excellent quality, the system which cleans the water is an Electronic Ozone system not just chlorine, Ozone is the best and more efficient cleaning system, it can clean every bacteria. The swimming pool is 9 meters long 4 meters wide and 1,50-3,00 meters deep. There is an open air shower with hot water There is sunbathe area all around swimming pool, you can sunbathe on the top corner of the swimming pool too admiring the amazing view. The light systems, and how the Villa and apartment is operating are electronic, with Siemens computer system. At night around the Villa, swimming pool and gardens you can enjoy a Variety of light systems and colors. Every room has its own cooling and heat system. There is a gym with its own sound system, bathroom and Hydro massage shower, as well as there is biliard, table tennis, a bar and gym eguipment. Around the Villa there are cameras and a very good sequrity system. There is parking for more than 5 cars. Near the swimming pool there is a bar beautifly designed, with its own Dj place and a party area. In the Villa there is a generator, in a case that the electricity stops the generator will provide electricity. The Villa has lightning rod too in a case of bad weather conditions. Around the villa there are fire protection bridges. The gardens have different type of plants, flowers and trees, there is a tree house and a large dog house. There are another 3 apartments situated in Villa Stratos, one with 5 bedrooms and 3 large bathrooms(220m2) , one with 2 bedrooms and 1 large bathroom(65m2), and lastly one with one bedroom and a large bathroom(65m2), all of them have fully eguipped kitchens and there are fully luxury furnished. Thank you. Other things to note To get to the Villa is very easy, there is only one main road that connect Skiathos. Fom the city center is about 6 min drive, and then when arrived in the area of Ahladies just turn right and in 300m there is the Villa Stratos. The Famous Ahladies beach, is approximately 2 to 3 minutes from the Villa by car and 10 to 15 min by foot. Ahladies beach is a beautiful sandy beach that forms a small cove. Wind surf, water ski, jet ski plus other water activities can be rented there. There are excellent restaurants with tasty and quality sea food near the villa too. In the area of Ahlahies where the Villa located, it is considered to be one of the best Locations in Skiathos, not just of its Unique beauty, but because when summer winds might blow that will not effect this specific area, therefore beaches near the Villa such as the famous beach of Ahladies are always calm, clean, wave free with a crystal blue color water and atmosphere is always joyful. On the island there is olso horse riding, diving, tennis, fishing, the famous theatre of papadiamantis, further there are many other activities that you can enjoy too.
