Located in the heart of a typical Breton village, this charming house elegantly renovated in a style that harmonizes the authentic and the contemporary awaits you to spend pleasant stays with friends or family, inside and outside in a wooded and flowery garden. You will enjoy the quiet environment, the sea views, the location close to the beach, and you will be lulled by the sound of the waves! The space the house includes on the ground floor: a modern fitted kitchen, a large dining-living room of 60 m2, a back kitchen with toilet. On the 1st floor: 2 beautiful bedrooms equipped with storage and sea view, a bathroom (shower) + toilet, on the 2nd floor: 2 large bedrooms with storage and sea view. Guest access Entire house is available to guests. Only the fireplace should not be used for safety reasons. Other things to note Optional: bed linen, towels and tea towels provided. To be specified by message either when you book or at least 15 days before your arrival. Rates: bed linen: €20.00 per double bed, €15.00 per single bed. Bathroom linen (bath towel + hand towel set): €10.00. Dish towels (set of 2: €5.00, set of 4: €10.00). Payment in cash upon your arrival at the property.
