This Tudor style house is located on one of the most beautiful places on Raymond Island, 6km's from the Paynesville township on 10 acres of bushland with tall trees in a parklike setting. Secluded off a beautiful long winding driveway, the house with it's two built in 2 storey cottages is but a few metres from the water's edge, has a safe sandy beach which stretches for miles on this side of the island. There is no road between the house and beach! This area in Gippsland is well known for its mild climate in winter, and cooling sea breezes in the hot summertime. It is surely one of the finest inland lake locations in Victoria, indeed Australia. It offers great variety such as swimming, bushwalking, sailing, boating, fishing, bowling and golf. The prawns run right out the front in summer and the owners have available kayaks to explore the lakes system. We offer truly peaceful, exclusive and tranquil surroundings in which to relax and be close to unspoiled nature.
