Your gaze is constantly drawn to the enormous picture windows, the uninterrupted views of Lake Como and the mountains and towns across the lake. Vista Panorama Jewel is located in the higher tower of this residential complex and overlooks the swimming pool and the low lying complex. Entering the property you are immediately immersed in the tranquil colours that surround you with the living area and the balcony to your right with TV and books. To your left, a breakfast bar, kitchen and dining area and just past that in a more private corner of the apartment is a small work-station. The balcony is a great spot for relaxing or dining. The kitchen is fully equipped with all that you could need to prepare your Italian meals and houses a dishwasher, oven, fridge and freezer. We have also provided a Nespresso coffee machine - we are after all on Lake Como! Bring your own capsules or buy them in Como or Lugano towns. The bedrooms are positioned next to the living area but are quite separate if someone needs to rest they will not be Master bedroom has a breathtaking view and opens directly onto a spacious balcony. Next to the Master Bedroom is the large bathroom with a bath, shower and basin. A dividing wall tucks away the wc, bidet and washing machine. Garage parking for the complex where you will have an allocated parking spot. Although we do recommend having the use of a car it is possible to consider staying at Vista Panorama Jewel without one. C10 bus route from Como to Colico offers an hourly bus service or local taxi companies will drop and pick you up. Menaggio is a 5 minute drive away so you are not that far from a larger town with great local shops, boutiques, bars and restaurants and boat service connections for other Lake Como villages too. Walking to the central part of Acquaseria is very easy. You can either walk along the main road or take a small footpath along the lake front promenade and enjoy the lake front walk. This little residential town offers a grocery shop, a butcher, pastry shop, fruit and vegetable shop, a bar and two restaurants. An excellent Pizzeria too! Should you wish to hire a boat for all or part of your stay you can take advantage of the boat hire company that is down in the lake front square directly oposite the complex! Guest access you have access to the full apartment, the shared condo swimming pool and private garage. Other things to note ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE TIMES Check in time is between 4 to 6pm. It is important that you inform us of your estimated time of arrival a few days in advance by email or via Air BnB message so we can arrange meet and greet services.
