The apartment "Heimathafen 2" is located on the ground floor of a luxury vacation home on the sandy beach of Olpenitz. It impresses with sea views from two sides, an open floor plan and a modern kitchen with a cooking island. You look from the living area directly at the gas fireplace on the wide Baltic Sea. In the bathroom you will find a bio sauna, shower and washing machine. You can relax on two terraces and an 80 sqm roof area. Parking is available in front of the house. The space Wire ropes. In the summer months, the fireplace is excluded from use for sustainable reasons. In addition to a comfortable box spring bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) with sea view, the large master bedroom also offers a view of the gas fireplace, as a large sliding door separates the living room and bedroom from each other. Guests can enjoy a lot of privacy in the master bedroom through the en-suite bathroom, which is equipped with a shower, washing machine, dryer, toilet and large washbasin. The bio sauna is also in this bathroom. The second bedroom is also equipped with a box spring bed (1.60 x 2.00 m) and offers an unobstructed view of the private beach of the Baltic Sea resort Olpenitz. A second en-suite bathroom with shower, toilet, vanity and hairdryer is available for our guests. Two large sun terraces and an 80 m² roof terrace are available for our guests. Equipped with a beach chair, lounge furniture and comfortable seating for dining, our guests will not lack anything in this apartment. The exclusive location inspires with direct sea views and attracts beach lovers and sea lovers. For safety reasons, we cannot accommodate children under the age of 6 in this property.
