A wine rack is also available for storing your precious wines and enjoying them each day. 3 separate bedrooms all with reverse cycle air-conditioning and lots of built in wardrobe space, one also with a generous en-suite and the other two sharing a family style bathroom, plus a 3rd toilet with laundry facilities downstairs. There are 2 dining areas, one internal and one external, along with a separate lounge to meet all your dining and entertaining needs. The lounge also has a sofa bed for occasions when it’s needed. Externally you are only 3 steps from the beach in one of the best bays in Lefkada. After your swim, you can enjoy your own private sunning area with 3 sun-lounges and drinks table. The backyard area is perfect for the kids to enjoy a game of beach paddle, once again in safety and privacy. You can also enjoy a quiet drink at sunset on the 2 love seats under the main olive tree, with a spectacular view of the picturesque Dessimi Bay and both Meganisi and Attikos Islands. Later there are BBQ facilities including a preparation area and an outdoor sink to ensure you have it all at your fingertips. For those who like to indulge, there is a wood fired outdoor pizza oven.
