LA Ordinance 185,931, prevents excessive disturbances to our residential neighborhoods, limited 2 overnight guests & smoking is not permitted in any exterior of the property; Cottage is non-smoking. The space Dog nightly rate: $25. Additional pets are an additional cost of $15. Current flea treatment and vaccines is a must for all our fur guests. If you plan on bringing your pup kindly let me know beforehand. Due to host's allergies cats are not permitted. BONUS: We our VERY dog friendly. The owner runs an adjacent award winning small boutique doggie daycare & cage-free boarding for dogs. Ask about the rates and types of dog care. Dog beds, cots, and crates are available at no charge. That said, you might hear dogs barking. We are in a residential neighborhood, and do our best to be respectful. During our drop off time and breakfast, between 7-11am and/or pick up time, and dinner between 4-7pm the dogs are very excited and you might hear them barking. By 7pm is bedtime and things quiet down. If you have a high sensitivity to dogs, either their fur or the noises they make, this may not be a comfortable place for you to stay. Because we are a boutique service and we are in residential neighborhood, we do our best to create a fun yet peaceful environment. You will find the private entrance on Harvard Boulevard, our side street. We will post a sign to help you find your way. From the photo you can see why we call it our secret garden Gate, under an arched hedge. You will have access to the entire private unit and entrance. You have your own entrance from the street and even though we are on the property we will only cross paths from time to time. We can offer complete privacy for guests who prefer to just check in and check out. Guests are free to contact us when necessary by mobile phone, text message or simply by walking across to the red gate of the main house and dog resort. We are here for anything that may come up to make your stay the best it can be. We can suggest a car service or a favorite Uber driver. Having a car is strongly recommended in Southern California. We are just about 30 minutes from LAX, and 5 miles away from Redondo Beach shoreline & pier. Plenty of Free Street Parking! I had the June 30 to July 5 block off due to the fireworks, they can be very disruptive, and the dogs just hate them. Other than that, LOL, we find it peaceful for the most part. You need you be aware that the cottage is NOT Child-Proof. You will be responsible for your child's safety. With small children and pets, please feel free to move any and all breakables, cleaning products from under the sink to a safe place and return them prior to checking out. The home is privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.
