Newly built to the highest standard, this is a 60 Sqm self contained, 1 bedroom guest house. The bedroom can be separated from the lounge or opened up to allow the appreciation of the incredible mountain view whilst having your morning coffee brewed by the supplied Nespresso Machine. The king bed can be separated into two single beds if you prefer. Bedding is a warm duvet, 400TC cotton sheets and electric blanket. The bathroom has underfloor heating, a large walk in shower, heated towel rail and drying room for ski gear. Lake Wanaka is 5 minutes walk away. Cycle 5 minutes and arrive at the famous Sticky Forest Bike tracks. Wanaka township is 5 minutes drive. There are also two mountain bikes (his and hers) available for use. Access to Peninsular Bay's stunning facilities of a large heated swimming pool in summer, 2 spa pools heated all year round and well equipped gymnasium. And lastly there is an arrival welcome pack inc. tea and coffee for all guests.
