Unwind in the living room on a plush sectional sofa while watching your favorite shows on the upgraded flatscreen TV with free cable and high-speed WiFi, ideal for those work-from-home days. Feel the mountain breeze as you sip hot chocolate on the balcony, taking in the scenic beauty surrounding you. The condo offers a variety of sleeping arrangements, including a king bed in the primary bedroom and a second bedroom with two full-size beds. There’s also a kid-sized mattress and a travel crib available. As a guest at Mountain Green Resort, you'll enjoy exclusive access to on-site amenities, including a fitness center and spa, indoor and outdoor pool, indoor hot tub, seasonal shuttle to Killington (see resort info for schedule), an on-site restaurant (Freerider restaurant), and a ski/snowboard shop (Black Dog Sports). Explore the wonders of Vermont with attractions like Snowshed Lodge and Killington Ski Area just half a mile away. Venture a bit further to Pico Mountain Ski Resort, Thundering Brook Falls Trail, and Coolidge State Forest. Immerse yourself in the rich history of the region at Calvin Coolidge Historic Site, all within a short drive. Things to Know This building will undergo roof construction from May 6, 2024, until October 31, 2024, and scaffolding will begin going up around Building 2 on May 6, 2024. We request guests be careful of the scaffolding and not approach it. The balcony will not be useable during summer construction, though a sheet of plywood will be placed across the slider for you to open for light and airflow. Work hours are typically from 7:00 a.m. through 5:00 p.m. on weekdays (evening/weekend work may occur). There may also be times when the construction company will need access to your vacation rental (you will be contacted ahead of time). There will be roof construction during some daytime hours throughout the summer of 2024. This rental is located on floor E, accessible via stairs or elevator. Laundry machines are located on Floor B and are operated via QR code or app. The pools and hot tub are operated seasonally and may occasionally be closed for maintenance. The free shuttle to Killington resort operates in the winter, Mon-Fri, from approximately 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. (every 30 minutes), and on weekends and holidays, 7 a.m. - 5 p.m. (every 15 minutes). Hours are subject to change. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. This rental is located on floor 3. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices -not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors! Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
