No extra consumable will be served, such as laundry detergent, etc. - Free Wifi (my contract is for 75Mbps but we get around 45Mbps). - Free Netflix, Disney+ and another international TV channel (Netflix & Disney+ using sharing account with my household). - Free cars/bike parking space. Guest access Ground floor is like an event hall, me and my family use it when we are having dancing or modeling class. Music is kept at comfortable level. Guests are welcome to watch or join if they want to. However those are irregular activities.
