Itzgrundblick vacation home The space You can reach the apartment via your own staircase. In front of the entrance to the apartment, it is possible to store suitcases and shoes. After entering the apartment, which is laid out with parquet, you will find the bedroom on the left. With double bed, 1.64 x 2.00 m, and a four-door wardrobe with 2.25 m height, equipped with hangers. For 2 pillows and 2 duvets, 2x bed linens are provided.  A desk with chair, an armchair and a valet stand are also available. The bedroom can be darkened with roller blinds. Opposite is the separate toilet, tiled and with daylight. The bathroom is also tiled. It has a spacious shower, sink, lower and upper cabinet, daylight, a towel dryer, a hairdryer. Towels in different sizes are provided. If these are not sufficient, a FW washing machine is at your disposal, as is a drying room.  The kitchen is also tiled, with an electric stove with oven, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, toaster and a stereo system. In the cabinets you will find coffee and dinnerware for 6 people. Cutlery for 6, as well as pots and pans in different sizes. Cooking utensils, dish towels, etc. In the living room, you have a dining area with 4 chairs, a 5th chair can be added from the kitchen from the small dining area.  There is a large sofa, which can also be used as a sofa bed. 1 pillow and 1 duvet are available. Next to a rocking chair is the exit to the 5.5 sqm terrace, which is equipped with a table and two chairs. In the living room cabinet there is a flat-screen TV, books and various types of glasses for 6 people. The living room can also be darkened with roller blinds. The apartment is on the second floor of a two-family house built in the 1950s. The house, and also the apartment, were renovated 5 years ago. The house is situated in a quiet (30 km/h zone) side street of a small, rural community, 10 km from the district town of Coburg (45,000 inhabitants). In just 20 minutes, you can reach the world cultural city of Bamberg. Cycling, hiking and driving routes are within easy reach. Baker, bank, and a restaurant are a 5-minute walk away. There are three spas within 12-28 km. In the area there is the possibility of ground shooting, the golf course is a 15-minute drive away, more activities are available on request.
