Apartment Itzgrundblick The space You can reach the apartment via its own stairs. In front of the entrance to the FW, it is possible to leave suitcases and shoes. After entering the FW, which is laid out with parquet, you will find the bedroom on the left. With double bed, 1.64 x 2.00 m, and a four-door closet with 2.25 m height, equipped with hangers. For 2 pillows and 2 duvets, there is 2x bedding.  A desk with chair, an armchair and a silent servant are also available. The bedroom can be darkened with roller blinds. Opposite is the separate toilet, tiled and with natural light. The bathroom is also tiled. It has a spacious shower, sink under and top closet, natural light, a towel dryer, a hair dryer. Towels of different sizes. If these are not sufficient, a FW own washing machine is available to you, as well as a drying room.  The kitchen is also tiled, with electric stove with oven, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, toaster and a stereo. In the cabinets you will find coffee and dinnerware for 6 people. Cutlery for 6 persons, as well as pots and pans of different sizes. Kitchen utensils, tea towels, etc. In the living room you have a dining area with 4 chairs, a 5th chair can be taken from the kitchen from the small dining area.  There is a large sofa, which can also be used as a sofa bed, 1 pillow and 1 duvet are available. Next to a rocking chair is the exit to the 5.5 sqm terrace, which is equipped with a table and two chairs. In the living room closet there is a TV with flat screen TV, books and various types of glass for 6 people. The living room can also be darkened with roller blinds. The FW is located in the OG of a two-family house built in the 50s. The house, and also the apartment, were renovated 5 years ago. The house is situated in a quiet (30 zone) side street of a small rural municipality, 10km from the county town of Coburg (45,000 inhabitants). In just 20 minutes, you can reach the world culture city of Bamberg. In the immediate vicinity are cycling, hiking and driving roads. Baker, bank, as well as a restaurant are a 5 min walk. There are three spas within 12-28 km. In the surroundings there is the possibility of ground shooting, golf course is 15 minutes drive away, more activities on request.
