We offer you a 90 m² apartment on the ground floor with 2.5 bedrooms (double bed, bunk bed and sofa bed in the living room), a bathroom, walk-in closet, a very large living-dining area, a very spacious garden with heated communal pool (pool season from approx. April – approx. October) and loungers and ample parking. The heated pool water provides a nice refreshment no matter what time of year and is the absolute highlight and perfect reason for families to simply relax at home with us for a day without activities! The play area in the garden is also an absolute highlight for all children! The very well-equipped kitchen as well as the ambience offer you everything you need for unforgettable vacation evenings - "The perfect end to a wonderful day, with a delicious dinner in a beautiful setting." For us, it is a matter of course to make everything as easy as possible for you. Therefore, our basic equipment includes a washing machine, Wi-Fi, satellite TV, bed linen and towels, high chair and baby bed, toys for children, microwave, grill, coffee machine and much more. Other things to note It is important to us that you can relax with us. And that is very easy in the Franconian Forest. The fantastic nature invites you to beautiful walks, hikes, bike tours, winter sports and above all many sights that can be found in the immediate vicinity. And there is also a lot for children.
