Any colouring on the walls/floors/furniture/furnishings is not permitted, please take care on locking the door, closing the windows and switching off any electrical appliances, lights and taps before stepping out. Please keep the place clean and tidy, we pay a cleaning fee that includes general cleaning, changing sheets, taking bins out, leaving out fresh towels and toilet paper etc but you will be required to leave things as they were when you arrived i.e. please wash dishes before you leave and put things like the iron, ironing board and hairdryer back where you found them.
