This cozy and bright 2-room apartment with approx. 48m² is on the 1st floor of a small apartment house in Gollwitzer Park. Distance to the natural beach approx. 500 meters! Other things to note The double bedroom can accommodate 2 people. An extra bed (couch, for 1 person) is possible in the living room. The cozy living room is equipped with a flat screen TV/DVD/radio and a spacious dining area. The separate large kitchen has a stove with oven, dishwasher and refrigerator with a large freezer compartment. From the living room you have access to 2 beautiful balconies, which are equipped with garden furniture. The bathroom is equipped with a shower/toilet and 2 sinks. A travel cot as well as a high chair, a changing mat and a bottle warmer are available for our little guests. For bookings of at least 7 nights, bed linen is included for guests!
