Boutique Motel Suite Fleur-de-Lis Motel

Charming suite in the heart of Hanmer Ontario. Fully renovated, main floor unit is very clean and features standalone (unshared) ventilation/heating/A/C . Room includes: free wifi, free netflix , 50" roku tv's, complimentary coffee w/ real cream & popcorn. Kitchenette features Mini fridge w/ separate freezer, sink, microwave and storage. Bed is queen sized with a 4" pillowtop, hypoallergenic queen duvet and 2 luxury queen size pillows. Sofa pulls out into a double bed -bedding on request. The space We have 3 standard suites available, each is decorated slightly different. Please Note: when booking on AIrBNB you will not be able to choose the suite you want; the system will do it for you. Each one offers the same amenities. Suites have 1 queen bed and 1 double pull out sofa bed for sleeping. Only Dogs allowed, no other pets. 2 dog maximum. Kitchenettes are set up so that 2 people can in most cases bring groceries and function just fine with what is in the kitchenette from cooking supplies to dinnerware. for a full list of what is available in our kitchenettes contact us:) Outside there is a smoking station, pet poop station along with bbq & propane and picnic table (summer). These are all located directly across from the guest rooms. -we do not supply bbq cooking utensils. Guest access Rooms are drive up to your door. Each room is private and self contained (motel style) All rooms have their own private bathroom. Extra vehicles please park at the rear of the property beside the guest center and be sure not to block access for garbage and recycling. the guest center is located at the far end of the row of rooms, beside room 7. You can walk in and grab items you need like more coffee, sugar, towels (please return old ones to the bin), cleaning supplies, band aids, soap and other useful items. Inside you will also find our flyer board which has a selection of local take out menus and a guest phone with direct access to the office, 911 and taxi. The grounds are free for guests to roam, we have a bbq and picnic area for guests to enjoy. Other things to note Pet Policy: Only dogs are allowed at our motel. TWO DOG LIMIT. This charge will show up monthly if you are an extended stay guest. Dogs must NEVER be left unattended in the room at any time, whether or not the dog is in a kennel crate. $100.00 fee for unattended dog(s) in motel room or motel parking lot. Unattended dog(s) may be removed from the room or motel property by Motel staff and/or animal control without liability on the part of the motel and the guest will assume any/all cost for such removal. Dogs must be leashed and under direct restraint at all times outside your room and/or on motel property. You must clean up after your pet immediately after pooping. We have a poop station across the parking lot outside with extra poop bags and a disposal box. Notify office is anything is missing. We require each dog and/or ADA compliant Service Dog to wear a collar or harness with current tags attached: identification and contact information, current license, and proof of current rabies vaccination. There is a $100.00 fee for each undeclared/non-approved dog/pet brought into the hotel. There is a $300.00 cleaning fee, determined solely by management, for a room left in an unsatisfactory condition. You must keep the bedding and sofa fur free, bring your pet hair brush and additional coverings to protect our linens and furniture. Water from dog bowl and mess from food must not be allowed to be all over the floor and baseboards. We have floor mats for pets or please bring one from home. If you have forgotten something or need a dog towel or mat you can call the office. We are happy to help and we have plenty of extra supplies. The dog and/or ADA compliant Service Dog must be removed from the room for housekeeping. Guests may not request an “IN” or “Do Not Disturb” status if they have a dog. The Guest is liable for the health, safety, and welfare of their dogs at all times. Guest agrees and authorizes Fleur De Lis to assess charges to the credit card on file at registration for any and all damages discovered prior to or after departure, including, but not limited to: pet odor and stains, repair or replacement of motel property, excessive and/or exceptional cleaning or extermination charges, loss of hotel revenue caused by the dog, including an ADA compliant Service Dog. Dogs must be clean, fully house-trained, parasite free and disease free (i.e. ticks, fleas, Parvo, etc.) Dogs are expected to be quiet, well behaved, and non-destructive. Guests will be given an opportunity to eliminate any noise complaints. In the event you are unable to satisfy this clause, you may be asked to leave the motel without a refund and will be financially responsible for any and all costs associated with any compensation that may be given to appease a disturbed guest(s). There is no limit to these rate adjustments or lost revenue. The payment and/or reimbursement for such damage is payable on demand. Dogs are not allowed in rooms other than those in which they are registered. You are required to clean up after your pets on both motel property and the surrounding area. We understand that accidents are sometimes unavoidable. If an accident should occur, please call Front Desk immediately so that we may try to prevent any permanent damage. We have products that can clean up pet mess if treated immediately. You will not be charged if we can clean it right away- honesty is the best policy. Dogs are not allowed directly on motel furniture, including beds. Please ask the Front Desk for pet sheets/covers or please bring some from home. Please do not bathe your dog in the bathtub or sink. Failure to abide will result in an additional cleaning fee. We have wet dog towels, please do not use our guest towels on your dog. Fleur De Lis Motel is not responsible for dogs that may exit guest rooms or motel exit doors, including but not limited to any escape as a result of motel staff entry or exit of the premises or access to the guest room. At this time we do not allow cats or any other animals other than dogs in our motel rooms. We apologize. We reserve the right to require room changes, removal of dog(s) from the premises, refuse or discontinue service without refund if in the motel’s sole discretion, the dog is considered dangerous, unhealthy, or likely to frighten, harm, disrupt motel guests, has damaged motel property, or for failure to abide by these policies.
