Apartment in Burgau with personal ambience The space The "Burgauer FeWo" is a cozy ground floor apartment with approx. 50 square meters within a three-family house. The apartment was completely renovated and newly furnished in 2020. The kitchen with dining area is the first thing you notice when you enter the apartment. The kitchen is equipped with two hot plates, a fridge and a small oven. A kettle, French press and toaster are also available. There is plenty of storage space for purchases or storage options. The spacious living room with a sofa bed offers the possibility for two more people to sleep on it. The TV with satellite TV is on a larger dresser that offers some storage space. In addition, the front garden can be entered directly from the living room via an external door. In the bedroom there is a comfortable box spring double bed (140 cm wide). A privacy screen and a roller shutter offer privacy or light protection on all windows and doors as required. The bathroom with a barrier-free and spacious shower as well as a sink and an elevated toilet seat can be entered via a glass sliding door. Hair dryer, towels and various bath utensils are provided. A washing machine and a clothes dryer are available. Parking in front of the house on the public street is possible. We are looking forward to having you! Burgau is located on the A8 highway between Augsburg and Ulm. It is 5 to 10 minutes from the Burgau exit to us. Burgau itself is a small town with 10,000 inhabitants on the river "Mindel", which flows a few kilometers further into the Danube. The Danube Cycle Trail can be easily reached from us via Offingen via cycle paths. Legoland in Günzburg is only one highway exit or about 15 minutes away by land. Günzburg itself with its historic old town is also worth a visit. If you want to visit the Albertus Magnus city of Lauingen and the neighboring city of Dillingen an der Donau, you can reach them in about 15-20 minutes by car. Burgau itself invites you to visit its historic town center – which includes the town gate, the castle, the town parish church and some other historic buildings. Several cafés, ice cream parlors and restaurants offer culinary delicacies. The local recreation area Silbersee with restaurant and campsite is about 4 km from Burgau. The idyllic Baggersee offers many leisure activities.
