Antique and beautiful colonial home just 2 blocks from Antigua’s central park. The house has a large living room/dining room, a cozy bar , and a fully equipped kitchen. The home has exterior and interior living rooms, dining room, kitchen fully equipped , laundry room. The home has three bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 living rooms, dining room, kitchen fully equipped , laundry room, bar,etc.. Bedrooms equipped with led tv Amazing terrace area on the second floor with patio furniture and stunning views of the three volcanoes surrounding Antigua. All three bedrooms are en suite: first bedroom : 2 king size beds and a tub in bathroom , second bedroom includes : 1 king and 2 double beds while the third bedroom is furnished with 4 doubles beds , all the beds have brand new mattresses. House equipped with cctv , fiber-optic cable television and high speed internet as well as all other modern conveniences. Housekeeping service is provided twice a week. The laundry room is equipped with a new washer and dryer. All finishes in the home are of very high quality. The windows and cabinets are new and custom-built with German pvc while the wooden pillars and beams are in perfect condition. The garden is tended two times each week. We do not allow smoking inside the home But it is ok to smoke outside in the garden or terrace area. Flat screen TVs in each room. The kitchen is fully equipped. Bottled water is provided and replanished so you don´t have to buy it. All three bedrooms open into gardens. At your arrival we provide a welcome basket with fruit, coffee, bread, bottled water, etc. good for a day or two. There is indoor secure parking, The house is just steps away from great restaurants, shops, and delis.
